Zedashe
A brief history
Zedashe was established in 2004 by Vakhtang Kikilashvili in the village of Khornabuji in the district of Dedoplistskaro in the region of Kakheti. The winery makes 5,000 bottles of organic amber, red, white and rosé wine fermented in qvevri and steel tanks, using Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Kisi, Khikhvi and Tetri Budeshuri.
