Tsinandali, a distinguished PDO dry white wine, originates from Tsinandali micro-zone. This wine is a culmination of meticulous cultivation, made from hand-selected grapes from our own vineyards. Prior to vinification, these premium grapes are cooled to a perfect 12°C, a crucial step to capture their innate qualities. Cold maceration, a method enriches the wine with complex aromas and flavors. Further refinement is achieved through the Bâtonnage method, enhancing the wine\'s texture and depth. Tsinandali presents a pale straw color, a visual indicator of its lightness and delicacy. It\'s a wine that not only represents the heritage of Georgian winemaking but also exemplifies a blend of tradition and modern techniques.
