Amber dry wine is produced from Krakhuna grape variety cultivated in Imereti region, Zestafoni municipality, village II Sviri, by the traditional Georgian method in kvevri. Wine is fermented with 1/3 amount of must, according to the Imeretian method. Wine is characterized by lively acidity, mild tannins, ripe fruit, dried apricot and tropical fruit tones.
White dry wine is produced from Tsolikouri grape variety cultivated in Imereti region, Zestafoni municipality, village II Sviri, by the modern method. Wine is characterized by lively acidity, pear, citrus, wildflowers and mineral tones.
Red dry wine is produced from Otskhanuri Sapere grape variety cultivated in Imereti region, Zestafoni municipality, village II Sviri, by the modern method. Wine is stored in oak barrels for 7 months. Wine is characterized by lively acidity, black plum, blackberry, cherry and oak tones.
