Palate

It offers a lovely balance between acidity and tannins with a full body. The finish is soft and rich, with a long and lingering length.

Winemaking

Our Kakhuri Mtsvane was fermented and matured in Qvevri for two months with full skin contact.

Aging

Aged in Qvevri for six month.
