Made with traditional technology from Khidistavi, with fermentation of Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane on Tavkveri grape skin, with Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane and Tavkveri grapes grown in the Atone microtone. You can distinguish the tones of barberry, red grapefruit and berry fruits in the aroma. Characterised by a light slightly tanic taste at the finish and a pale crimson hue.
