Do-Re-Mi
A brief history
Do-Re-Mi was established in 2015 by Giorgi Tsirghvava and Mamuka Tsiklauriin the village of Ozhio, in the district of Akhmeta, part of the region of Kakheti. The winery makes 35,000 bottles of certified-organic amber, orange, red, white and rosé in qvevri, using Saperavi, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, Khikhvi, Rkatsiteli, Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, Tsitska, Tsolikouri and Krakhuna varieties.
