Palate

Tsinandali displays a pale straw-yellow hue with greenish reflections and a brilliant clarity. On the palate, it is light and crisp, offering refreshing acidity and delicate citrus and floral notes. Hints of green apple and pear contribute to its clean, balanced finish.

Growing Conditions

Crafted from a blend of Rkatsiteli and Kakhetian Mtsvane grapes, grown exclusively in the Tsinandali microzone of the Kakheti region. Known for its refined, European-style winemaking, Tsinandali represents a harmonious balance of tradition and modern elegance.

Harvest

Hand-picked at peak ripeness from late September to early October, ensuring only the finest, healthiest grape bunches are selected.

Bottling

Cold-stabilized and bottled using the gravitational method, sealed with a natural cork to ensure quality and authenticity.

Winemaking

Whole grapes are gently crushed, with the must carefully separated. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, preserving the wine’s fresh and crisp character. After fermentation, the wine is clarified, stabilized, and cold-filtered.

Aging

Traditionally aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its vibrant freshness, though some producers may use oak barrels briefly to enhance structure and complexity.

Appearance

Tsinandali has a pale, straw-yellow color with greenish hues and a bright, clear appearance.

Food Pairing

An excellent companion to grilled fish, seafood, and poultry, Tsinandali also pairs beautifully with traditional Georgian appetizers like pkhali and churchkhela. It complements fresh cheeses and light salads, making it a versatile choice for various dishes.
