Winemaking
Rkatsiteli is the most widely spread variety in Georgia. It is perfect for making both white dry and amber Kvevri wines. Our classic Rkatsiteli perfectly portrays the potential of the grape variety. We pick the selected grapes at 18-22%, after removing the stem and de-pressing, juice is moved to the cleansing reservoir and kept there for 15-18 hours.
