Tezi Winery

Tezi Winery is a new Georgian venture established in 2022 and set up in collaboration with Ioseb Abdushelishvili who is a master winemaker for the production of natural wines, and who has won various awards throughout his career including this year. We produce 100% natural wines. Grapes are carefully selected from the relevant micro-zones and are all fermented in Qvevris using the Georgian traditional method, where they mature for months and sometimes years and benefit from this unique micro-oxygenation. The flavours are rich, textured and complex. And the minimal intervention ensures the preservation of the grapes’ natural characteristics. Our production capacity at the moment is between 40,000 and 50,000 bottles. And Tezi Team has been created by four friends who love wine and who absolutely love Ioseb’s touch and integrity, hence deciding to make more of it.
