Winemaking
Georgian Kvevri Tsolikauri wine undergoes traditional vinification, where Tsolikauri grapes are crushed and fermented with their skins, seeds, and stems in buried clay vessels known as kvevri. This ancient method allows for extended skin contact, enhancing flavor extraction and complexity. The wine matures in the kvevri for an extended period, benefiting from natural micro-oxygenation. Minimal intervention is practiced, allowing the grape’s natural characteristics to shine. Fermentation: 14 Days Sulf: < 40
