Winemaking
Wine is the result of co-fermentation of two grape varieties Kakhuri Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli. Fermented and matured for 7 months in kvevri with skins. Wine has continued aging in stainless steel tanks. No cultivated easts and/or additives ware used during fermentation and aging of wine.
