Grapes handpicked from our organically farmed vineyards in Khashmi PDO, village Khashmi (Kakheti)
Winemaking
Both grape varieties (Saperavi 70% and Budeshuri 30%) ware co-fermented in kvevris – 20 days with skinns Wine has continued aging in kvevri for 6 months and than in stainless steel tanks. No cultivated easts and/or additives ware used during fermentation and aging of wine.
Aging
Wine has a great potential of aging.

Wine goes well with meat on the grill or oven roasted. Also pairs nicely with seasoned and spicy fresh cheeses.
