Nose

It has subtle aromas of green apple, green pear, apricot and meadow flowers.

Palate

The taste is gentle, harmonic and slightly sour.

Growing Conditions

Unique Georgian white dry wine. One of the oldest grape verities cultivated in limited areas of Kakheti region. Wine is produced from 20 years and older vines.

Winemaking

Chemical free. Hand harvested. Not fined. Vegan wine.

Appearance

It is deep tawny-colored wine tinged with gold.

Food Pairing

Kisi wine may be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to meat, mushrooms and vegetable dishes and baked or stuffed fish. Best served at a temperature of 10-18ºC.
