Palate

Velvety acidity complemented by rounded tannins, with an extended finish of oak tannins.

Winemaking

Full fermentation and maceration on grape skins in Qvevri; no additives are used, including GMO yeast. After fermentation and maceration, the wine is aged in oak barrels for up to 1 year.
