Nose

Fresh and youthful with vibrant berry aromas, including subtle hints of ripe red fruits.

Palate

Medium-bodied with lower tannins and a lighter structure, offering smooth, refreshing flavors. Pleasant to drink both with food and on its own, even when served chilled.

Winemaking

Produced using the traditional UDEDO Qvevri method, which involves gently pressing the grapes and allowing them to rest for up to 4 hours. The free-run juice is then fermented and matured in Qvevri without skin contact, resulting in a softer, lighter wine. No GMO yeast added.

Appearance

Light, pale red color resembling the hue of grape pulp.
